Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

Other Details to Note

The Spring Hill House is located in a remote location. The final approach to the property is via a well-maintained dirt road, though it can be challenging to navigate during certain conditions. In winter, we suggest having a vehicle with 4WD or all-wheel drive and snow tires. During mud season (early March to early April), roads can become muddy due to melting snow and thawing ground. During this time, we highly recommend using a vehicle with 4WD or all-wheel drive. We work very hard to provide our guests with a 5-star experience. If anything is even slightly off during your stay, be sure to reach out right away so we can resolve the issue.

We stayed 12 days at this beautiful AirBnB. Great views while sitting at the various outdoor areas, where we saw plenty of fireflies, deer and humming birds. The house itself was even better than the pictures, spacious and equipped with all the amenities that you need. The kitchen was the best stocked one I have ever seen in an AirBnB, never missed anything while cooking up multiple lunches and dinners. Paul and Shannon were super helpful and friendly and promptly provided us with additional firewood and other small amenities when we ran out. Hope to be able to stay here again next time we visit Vermont.

This truly is our favorite Airbnb! This was our second time staying here, and it was just as magnificent as the first! The location is perfect - secluded, beautiful views and peaceful. Be sure to check out the local Birds of Vermont Museum and Audubon Society, as there are great trails over there with lots of wildlife. We have recommended this place to friends and family (pretty much anyone who is looking to visit VT) and will for sure be back!

Despite the weather (it rained almost all day every day that we were there), we had a lovely stay. The house was so very clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed to hang with each other comfortably and make dinner together. The beds were comfortable, and the decor was well done. We loved walking in the neighborhood even through the rain, and the local stores were adorable with friendly staff. We definitely plan on staying at this house again!

Paul’s home was perfection. The photos don’t accurately portray how stunning the views are and how charming the house is. The location is so private and peaceful. You can hear the river below, you can lay in the loft bed and look out over the valley, wake up to the birds chirping. Hardly a car passes by this home. Enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning sun, staring at the mountain range… such an incredible way to start a day. Beds & pillows were very comfortable (that’s important to me). I’m already planning on a return visit.

We had such an incredible time. The location was more beautiful than we expected. The home was super clean and well appointed. The home felt like it had the amenities of a high-end hotel but with all the comforts of a cozy home. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. Paul was super helpful and communicative. There wasn't a single thing about our experience that we'd change. I've saved this home to my list of favorite AirBnBs. We will be staying here again! Five+ stars! A++++++

My stay at Paul’s Airbnb was lovely. Paul was very responsive and helpful when our car got stuck in the snow. The house was gorgeous and clean, and had everything anyone would need for a vacation home. The phone chargers on every nightstand were an awesome touch. Paul’s house was perfect for our little ski trip, and I would 100% recommend the stay for anyone else. Thanks a bunch Paul!

This is the most charming and elegant house ever. It’s situated at the end of the road, with the most beautiful view of the mountains. The layout of the house is perfect! We had the best time and I would come back again in a heartbeat.
