Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

Other Details to Note

The Spring Hill House is located in a remote location. The final approach to the property is via a well-maintained dirt road, though it can be challenging to navigate during certain conditions. In winter, we suggest having a vehicle with 4WD or all-wheel drive and snow tires. During mud season (early March to early April), roads can become muddy due to melting snow and thawing ground. During this time, we highly recommend using a vehicle with 4WD or all-wheel drive. We work very hard to provide our guests with a 5-star experience. If anything is even slightly off during your stay, be sure to reach out right away so we can resolve the issue.

Paul’s cabin was exactly as described - the interiors, landscape and views were even more outstanding in person than depicted on the app. The place was generously supplied with more than we needed for a week’s stay; these were thoughtfully stocked items that surpassed the basic necessities that we didn’t pack nor find ourselves needing to purchase during our stay (a trip/time saver that I truly appreciate). If you’re concerned about getting snowed in- don’t be. The powers cleared the area on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and did not let up. On a clear night, you can see the stars adorn the entire sky , just as Paul pictured in one of his image uploads. We were so amazed by the scene. We fell in love with Vermont and Paul’s cabin was truly a perfect part of the experience. We are so grateful.

Our stay in Starksboro was amazing; the house was clean, warm and inviting. So much so that some morning we didn’t want to leave for our daily activities that we had planned! The area of Bristol was a lovely town, and was a short distance to Burlington as well! The house was easy to find and we could not have been happier with the accommodations. The host provide so much support and advice it was really great that we could just relax and not stress to much about planning out activities and restaurants. Would come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the spring hill house! The space was clean and exactly as described. Beautiful surroundings and decorations in the home. Paul was responsive and gave clear instructions as well as a helpful list of things to do around the area. Also, the speaks and lights hooked up to the iPad were a great addition :)

Paul’s cabin was absolutely stunning! The home looked just like the photos. Getting inside was seamless, and they had everything you could need. The views were gorgeous! I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
